Terms and Conditions
Welcome to LANNA Thai Spa & Wellness Centre. By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift voucher with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a peaceful, safe, and premium experience for all our guests.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Health, Safety & Pregnancy: Your wellbeing is our primary concern. In strict accordance with our health and safety policies and duty of care, we do not offer massage therapies to pregnant individuals. By securing a booking, you confirm that you are not currently pregnant. If you have any other medical conditions or injuries, please inform our therapists prior to your treatment.
Cancellations: We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the treatment or result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Rescheduling: Should you need to change the date or time of your appointment, we politely request a minimum of 12 hours' notice.
Late Arrivals: To ensure the smooth running of our spa and to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration. In such cases, the full standard treatment fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fully enjoy your experience.
Gift Vouchers
Redemption: Your physical gift voucher must be presented to our reception team upon arrival for your scheduled appointment. We cannot honour the booking without the physical voucher present.
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which is clearly stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be honoured, extended, or reactivated.
Terms of Use: Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
Loss or Theft: Please treat your physical gift voucher with the same care as cash. LANNA Thai Spa & Wellness Centre cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and unfortunately, we are unable to replace them.
