Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Lanna Thai Spa & Wellness Centre. By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift voucher with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a peaceful, safe, and premium experience for all our guests. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Health, Safety & Pregnancy: Your wellbeing is our primary concern. In strict accordance with our health and safety policies and duty of care, we do not offer massage therapies to pregnant individuals. By securing a booking, you confirm that you are not currently pregnant. If you have any other medical conditions or injuries, please inform our therapists prior to your treatment. Cancellations: We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the treatment or result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. Rescheduling: Should you need to change the date or time of your appointment, we politely request a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Late Arrivals: To ensure the smooth running of our spa and to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration. In such cases, the full standard treatment fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fully enjoy your experience.
